Booking Terms

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

Full payment (100%) must be received to confirm the charter. A booking request alone does not confirm a charter.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 30 days before departure: A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
  • Weather-Related Cancellations: If unsafe weather conditions require the charter to be cancelled, a full refund will be processed. Rescheduling may be offered separately.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations: If the charter is cancelled by the company, a full refund will be processed. Rescheduling may be offered separately.

The supplied terms do not specify cancellations made exactly 30 days before departure; request written confirmation of that boundary. Additional fuel and transfer charges may apply to custom itineraries.

Safety First

All charters are subject to weather and sea conditions. The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip when necessary to ensure passenger and crew safety.

Private Charter Terms & Conditions

These terms summarize the Private Charter Request supplied by Dreamer Marine Co., Ltd. and apply subject to the final yacht-specific quotation, safety instructions and applicable Thai law.

Charter & transfer

  • Pickup transfer may be arranged for charter packages. Where included, the PDF describes van transfer of up to 10 seats between one pickup point in Phuket and the departure point. Availability, any transfer charge, and promotional waivers must be confirmed for your booking.
  • Additional fuel charges may apply to multi-destination trips or trips exceeding the nautical-mile allowance of the selected charter. The operator may assess fuel surcharges before or after a trip based on actual distance, weather or operational circumstances. Please request the applicable mileage allowance and charging basis before confirming.

Meals and special arrangements

  • Please notify Dreamer Marine of allergies and dietary restrictions in advance.
  • Bringing fresh ingredients for onboard cooking and preparing meals on board is prohibited for safety and hygiene. Ready-to-eat food may be brought with prior notice so cutlery and tableware can be prepared.
  • For independently arranged restaurant meals, provide the restaurant, venue, reservation time and contact in advance. Meals served on board are arranged through professional restaurants and presented by trained attendants.

Onboard rules and safety

  • Pets are not permitted on board. Durian, mangosteen, strongly odorous foods and red wine are prohibited, as are oversized containers, weapons, sharp objects, drugs and illegal items.
  • The supplied charter form states restrictions relating to infants, pregnancy, disabilities and certain medical conditions or medication needs. These should be discussed privately with the operator before booking so the team can make an individualized safety and accessibility assessment and clarify whether the chosen vessel and relevant insurer can accommodate the guest. Please do not submit medical diagnoses in the public booking form.
  • The captain and operator may decline unsafe arrangements and must comply with instructions issued by the relevant Thai marine authorities.

Payments and cancellation

  • Full payment (100%) is required to confirm a charter. A booking request is not a confirmed charter.
  • If the company cancels due to unsafe weather, operational restrictions or restrictions announced by Thai marine authorities, a full refund of the charter payment will be processed.
  • If the customer cancels more than 30 days before the charter date, Dreamer Marine may retain 50% of the total payment (50% refund). If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, Dreamer Marine may retain 100% (no refund).
  • The PDF does not specify what happens on the date exactly 30 days before departure; Dreamer Marine must confirm that boundary in the final accepted quotation. Statutory consumer rights, if applicable, are not excluded by these terms.

Check-in and insurance details

  • After submitting a charter request, the lead guest may be asked to complete the passenger manifest with each traveler’s full name, gender (where required), date of birth, nationality and passport or national ID information, as set out in the supplied charter form.
  • The operator will specify which identity documents are actually required by the insurer or authorities for your itinerary. Do not send unrequested passport copies through regular email or a public upload link. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
  • Pickup location, children under seven, preferred route, diving, overnight requests and dietary/celebration arrangements can be confirmed during check-in. Requests may require an additional quote.
